Monticello’s Doug Benson recorded his first hole-in-one on Tuesday (June 28) at Lake of the Woods, in Mahomet.
Benson used a 5-iron to ace the 147-yard 14th hole. He was using a Pinnacle ball.
His feat was witnessed by Vic Cox, Randy Neeb and Don Butler.
