Ainsley Ranstead just missed a double-double on Tuesday (March 30) as Mahomet-Seymour’s volleyball team remained unbeaten in Apollo Conference matches.
Ranstead posted nine kills and 17 digs in a 25-20, 25-16 triumph at Charleston.
Josie Hess totaled 14 digs to go with three assists and one ace. Maddie Gaede dished out 10 assists.
M-S (6-2 overall and 6-0 in Apollo matches) returns to action on Thursday (April 1) at home against Lincoln.
In the junior varsity match, M-S topped Charleston 25-17, 25-10.
